14-day returns from delivery.
Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Items must be unwashed and free from makeup, perfume or marks.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.
To start a return, email supportbrambleandline@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within five to seven business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We are happy to help arrange an exchange.
Email us at supportbrambleandline@gmail.com with your order number and the replacement item you would like. Our team will verify inventory availability and guide you through the next steps. If the requested piece is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
